Blueberry Wine The sweet aroma of this wine reflects its quality ingredients — it is fermented from 100% New York State blueberries. Medium ruby-red in color, our blueberry wine boasts a semi-sweet flavor with a soft finish that complements a slight amount of tannin. You can serve this wine slightly chilled by itself, or even drizzled over ice cream and crepes. It also makes for a great mix-in for salad dressings.
Honey Apple Wine Honey apple wine is full of rich, smooth, luscious, and sweet flavors. Deep golden in color, this wine is crafted from a blend of 100% New York State apples and 100% of our pure clover honey. The aroma is laden with fresh apples and our raw and natural honey. Honey apple wine makes for a great summer salad dressing mix and is best served slightly chilled by itself, or warm with a stick of cinnamon.

Alliance Made from a blend of 100% New York State grapes, our Alliance wine is rich with a balanced flavor — sweet with a hint of tartness.
